This will be the catalyst for great synergy across BTSG- s business units.

Basic Function:
Implement and maintain all human resources policies and procedures in line with company philosophies and all relevant legal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Purchase and process requests from internal and external customers.
- Monitor supplier?s performance, source appropriate vendor.
- Maintain and update company vendor list and vendor profile.
- Review and cooperate of PR/RQ for basic information needs for quote before send out to vendor.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendor, suppliers on pricing, deliverable and payment/trading terms.
- Maintain good relationship/contact with vendors to obtain better purchasing deals.
- Follow up delivery on time from vendors.
- Follow up all documents from vendors in order to present vendor data within the time frame.
- Provide report and related work as assigned by Manager.
- Other assignments as appropriate.

Work Location: Mainly based in the office at Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn (BTS Surasak) and Company- s head office at TST Tower at 14 th floor
